Affiliate Network Terms and Conditions
Our Affiliate Network Terms and Conditions serve as a binding agreement between you (the affiliate) and our company (the affiliate network provider). By registering and participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms outlined below. This agreement governs your participation, use of marketing materials, commission structure, payment terms, prohibited activities, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Affiliate Enrollment
To join the network, affiliates must complete an application form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application based on criteria such as traffic sources, promotional methods, or website content. We may revoke your status at any time if your actions are deemed unethical or harmful to our brand or partners.
2. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote offers via approved channels only—such as websites, social media, email marketing, or paid ads—so long as those methods comply with local laws and our network policies. Misleading advertisements, unauthorized use of brand names, or false claims about products/services are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must ensure content does not include spam, adult content (unless explicitly allowed), hate speech, or illegal material.
3. Tracking and Commissions
Commissions are earned when a referred user completes a valid action (purchase, lead, or signup) through the affiliate’s unique tracking link. We use cookies or tracking pixels to record user actions and assign commissions. However, we are not liable for lost commissions due to user behavior (e.g., cookie deletion) or technical malfunctions beyond our control.
4. Payment Terms
Affiliates will receive payments based on the agreed-upon schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), provided that the minimum payout threshold is met and all referrals are verified as valid and non-fraudulent. Payments are made via selected methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or others specified in your affiliate dashboard.
5. Fraud and Misuse
Any attempt to manipulate tracking, generate fake leads, or engage in unethical tactics will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of earned commissions, and potential legal action. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and reserve the right to audit your traffic sources at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use promotional materials (banners, logos, creatives) provided by the network. All trademarks, copyrights, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized modifications or misuse of these materials are prohibited.
7. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, affiliates must stop using promotional materials and remove all tracking links. Any unpaid earnings may be withheld if fraud or policy violations are suspected.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
